I believe that the best photographs are not posed, but candid real emotion. I use an unobtrusive and thoughtful approach with an artful eye to capture moments in time, photographs that tell stories.

I grew up in Westchester, New York and spent summers vacationing on Cape Cod. I started shooting with my fathers Nikon 35mm and moved on to my own Canon 35mm. Now I shoot with a Canon 30D and always have a film camera or two on hand. Through the combination of a good eye, lense filters and the new digital world, I am able to capture moments with clarity and distinction. Photography had been a hobby throughout my life and now has become not only a passion, but also a profession.

While traveling Europe, Mexico, the Bahamas and much of the USA, I enjoyed shooting landscape, architecture, people and animals. I have completed workshops and classes and professionally shot a multitude of weddings, special events, portraits and innumerable pictures of my favorite, yet not always cooperative model….

I look forward to continuing my schooling and expanding my knowledge of photography and how it relates to the world.
